Running/Bicycle Race Timing

We provide complete, professional, race timing services and finish line management. Based in the Denver, Colorado area, we are available for races along the Front Range. We can travel out of our area to time your race if you are unable to find a local timing company.

We can handle events of any size. We're a great alternative for small races who want professional results at reasonable rates!

Our conventional timing method consists of chutes, barcodes, pull tags and sophisticated timing equipment.

As the participants cross the finish line, a time is inputted into the computer. As the participants line up in the chutes, staying in the order they finished, the pull-tag is removed from their bib. After combining the inputted times with the order of the pull-tags, results are printed and posted.

• Large finish line clock
• Electronic timing using the TimeMachine computer, RaceTrak and Elfscore computer scoring programs, and bib number capturing system
• Computerized results
• Finish Line Banner
• Finish line chutes
• Tentative results during the race
• Final results and category award results

In addition, your event will be listed on our event calendar, along with a link to your website. We'll provide results during your event and post same day on our website and provide an electronic file so you can post to yours.

We will generate your awards list prior to your scheduled award ceremony, and can typically provide you with an earlier copy of the awards list on demand.

Pricing

We are easy to work with and reasonably priced. We charge a base rate based on the distance of your race for the first 300 registered participants, and then an additional charge for each additional registered participant over 300, plus mileage and lodging (if necessary). We are happy to travel to your race no matter where it is located.
