EVENT DESCRIPTION
5K walk/run held on National Dog Day, August 26th, 2023. Focus is on mental health and how School Resource K-9 help kids in crisis in the schools. K-9 Rex is the Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office first SRO dog. He and his handler Deputy John Gray are our inspiration for this event. Funds from RexRun For PAWSitivity 2023 will go towards the purchase of more SRO dogs, the gear they need and helping out the apprehension, narcotics, blood, electronics, and explosive detection K-9s.
