EVENT DESCRIPTION
Challenge yourself with the sport of triathlon by conquering the swim, bike, and run — or work together with your friends to complete the event as a relay.
Individuals are encouraged to learn to swim, but water walking will be allowed in the kids, individual, and relay divisions. Any style of bike is acceptable, but bike helmet is mandatory.
Relays may consist of a 2- or 3-person team — one swimmer, one bike and one runner. An athlete may complete 2 legs, but must have another member to complete the third.
RACE DISTANCES
500 yard swim, 14 mile bike, 5K run/walk
