Whether you run or walk the Vitality 5K or join from home with Virtual Vitality, join more than 1.400 individuals who are making a difference, increasing awareness of Parkinson's disease and raising critical funds to support the programs and services of the Parkinson Association of the Rockies. Engage your time, energy and support to help connect communities and engage the lives of those living with Parkinson's. People of all ages and their dogs are welcome. The course is a concrete path that is relatively flat and a normal pace. Attached is a course map. The course will start on the east side of the park near Mississippi Ave and head south around Grasmere Lake, then back north and around Smith lake. Runners will come back through the start area and around Grasmere Lake again before turning right, and head down (east) Mississippi Ave to the finish line.

DIRECTIONS TO THE RACE
Starting line will be at the path entrance by E Mississippi Ave and S Franklin St. Parking will be at South High School and free shuttles will be provided by Jay's Valet.
Parking will be available at neighboring South High School. There will be a free valet service (Jay's Valet) available if participants do not wish to walk from the parking lot (approximately ~2.5 blocks).
